If these reports are accurate, and it appears that they are, then the agents that implement the directions to abuse someone like an 87year old woman singing anywhere in public are ball less and deserve no respect from anyone. More importantly, they may have agreed to follow all directions/orders when hired, but they did not agree to violate the overriding guidance of our Constitution. Hence, each and every one of them is subject to clear violations of the Constitution and should be prosecuted irrespective of any declared protection they may claim as an agent of a governmental entity. Perhaps someone more capable than my 86year old frame should pursue this issue further. These and other ball less agents committing these types of atrocious acts must realize it is very simple to identify who they are. They must also realize that what goes “around, comes around”…. and we are only a couple of weeks before the foundation for these appropriate prosecutorial acts of reprisal commences. LOU
