It is puzzling that, with all of the obvious examples of media parroting government talking points, no one seems to be talking about the most obvious issue enabling that symbiosis?
Have you noticed that government and government funded NGO’s are flooding the airwaves with commercials. In fact, there are many outlets which enjoy up to 70% or more of their add revenue coming straight from such entities?
Why do you suppose media outlets continue to promote lies, distortions, and thoroughly unpopular viewpoints, that negatively impact their profitability?
With government footing the bill and keeping them afloat, will dishonest media outlets ever choose to return to honest journalism?
