Don’t donate a dime! Our own Demise is on the Line!
Go to your local supermarket. There will be an aisle with the shelves full of cardboard boxes. This is the breakfast cereal. It’s been packaged like this since WW2.
Now go see the other aisle, it’s the Wall of Plastic. These are the “snack chips”. They are packaged in non-recyclable plastic more recently made even MORE toxic by impregnation with aluminum to give the poisonous glop inside mega-shelf life. The corporations could easily package the chips in recyclable boxes just like the cereal. But they don’t.
This “ESG” scam is a joke, the corporates don’t believe in it themselves and ignore all the rules they want to force on everybody else.
BTW nobody said anything about it on any corporate news but the Mexican state of Oaxaca banned the sale of those “snack chips” to minors. Mexico is even fatter than the US!
When’s the last time you ever purchased a cardboard box of breakfast cereal? FYI – since probably the late 70’s, nearly 100% of those cardboard cereal boxes have had their contents encased in a sealed plastic wrap for freshness.
The extra packaging doesn’t take away from the fact that cereal is still being sold in cardboard boxes! And at least the inner waxed bag is NOT coated with Aluminum!
Im not donating a penny to this cause. Lets take care of AMERICAN CITIZENS first.
