It’s no surprise that PayPal is literally trying to steal other people’s money. When you lose over half of your market share you become desperate which this is no excuse For theft of anybody’s money or property these people should be held accountable for trying to do this deceptive practice and should be watched and monitored by federal regulators.. An investigation needs to be opened up and monitor to see if this kind of thing can even be done.
